2 accounts of death are widely disparate

As you read this story keep in mind that the Arizona Daily Star is a staunch supporter of the illegal alien invaders who have no right at all to sneak into our Nation to do their crime.
Left out is how Border Patrol Agents are attacked by illegal alien all this time, how Agents now have to fear for their live because many of the illegal aliens are scumbags criminals in Mexico.
Remember as the Democrats try to railroad a brave Border Patrol Agent faced alone with a group of hostile invaders about to lose all they worked for in their invasion of the United States. Illegal aliens about to be arrested and sent back to Mexico are desperate criminals.
The fact that you are not allowed to comment by the red Star shows how far this depreciable newspaper will go to help the invaders the Arizona Daily Star has been supporting for many years.
Look at the bias in this paragraph.

He said he, his girlfriend and two brothers traveled from their
home near Puebla, Mexico, to the border, hoping to get jobs at a New
York cereal factory where Javier had worked before.
What does that have to do with what happened other then a criminal admitting he was on a quest of crime in many ways? From entering the US illegal before to illegally working and breaking even more labor laws which he and his Brothers were on a conspiracy to break even more of our laws.
Although Corbett's lawyer said in opening statements that the
officer found the group running to the border, Jorge Domínguez Rivera
said that wasn't so.
After spending hours hiking in the desert, he said, the group of
four had made it about a mile and a half across the border when they
realized that the Border Patrol was near. They decided to head back to
the border to try to cross another day.
Jorge Domínguez Rivera said his girlfriend, Sandra Vidal Guzmán,
was tired and couldn't run. They had made a commitment to not leave one
another, and so the group walked back to the border.
So the illegal aline invaders say they were not "running" to the border, they were "walking" back to the border because they were "tired"..
Now put yourself in their place, you have been perpetrating a crime when the law shows up, you decide to make a dash back across the border to Mexico where you will be safe, do you simply walk, take a casual stroll???
Of course not, you would be running for all you are worth because the safety of Mexico is so close.
This scumbag is a criminal many times over, he is willing to break many laws for his own profit like any thug. Now he is lying in court to protect himself because under Arizona law he can be charged with his brothers death because it was in the act of a crime.
Why were the invading illegal alien scumbags allowed to talk to each other after the shooting? This is never done, yet it was in this case to give the invading illegal aliens tine to get their story straight, then they were allowed to talk with the Mexican Government before being interviewed by police.
All the above allowed the perps to get their story straight and gave then time to cook up lies to hurt the Agent who shot their scumbag brother who was attacking the agent with a deadly weapon, a rock.
This Border Patrol Agent is being railroaded by illegal aliens who are lying in court as Democrats try to hang a Agent for doing his very dangerous job.
The fact that you are not allowed to post about this story shows you how much the Democrats at the Arizona Daily Star want to have the Agent railroaded for protecting him self from violent invaders.
Was this agent to act as if the invaders are honest law abiding citizens and get murdered for it?
