9th Circuit lets sanctions stand for now

David Selden, one of the lead attorneys in the case, has argued
the law is an impermissible intrusion by the state into the exclusive
power of the federal government to regulate immigration.
Wake acknowledged that federal law bars states from imposing civil
fines and criminal penalties against companies because they hire
undocumented workers. But he pointed out that federal law specifically
says states can use their licensing and similar laws to punish errant
companies.
And Wake said the fact that suspending or revoking a company's
ability to stay in business could be more serious than a fine is
legally irrelevant.
This is bad news for the scumbag business who are hiring illegal aliens when they should be hiring citizens or legal immigrants.
The Democrats want to allow businesses to hire illegal aliens to do your job at far less wages, which will put a lot of real Americans and real immigrants out of a job.
This La Raza (The Race) hurts Blacks most of all, not that the Democrats care about Blacks anymore.
After all there are a lot more Hispanic illegal aliens then Blacks so now the Democrat Party has shoved their Black friends back to the back of the bus in favor of La Raza (The Race) invaders who will vote for Democrats so the rest of Mexico can move here for the US tax payer to take care of.
Illegal aliens take most "started" job. This hurts youths a great deal because they have a harder time getting that starter job without which it's very hard to get a good job. Black youths are hurt most of all, not that the Democrat Party cares about Black youths anymore, after all the open border pro-La Raza (The Race) Democrat Party has a new minoraty to stand on the backs of.
The Republican Party on the other hand has helped way more Blacks get into much better p[ositings and continues to do so.
How many Black Secretary of States has the Democrat Party Promoted? Zero.
On the other hand the Republican Party has appointed two Blacks to this very hight position, the 1st Colin Powell, the other a women Condi Rice.
The Republican Party and it's candidates have promoted more Blacks to positions of power then any other Party and yet the Democrats think they have the Black vote in the bag so no need to really support Blacks.
Hispanic illegal aliens are the Democratic Party's new shoe shine boys.
BTW and gang named "The Race" (la Raza) is a racist gang out to screw over America and the Whites & Blacks the Race Hispanics hate. Why Has the Democrat Party welcomed a racist gang like "The Race" into their Party? Because the Democrats seek total power at any cost to you and your children.
